On Friday, October 16, 2017 the White Nationalist movement of the United Kingdom held its big event of the year. The John Tyndall Memorial Meeting was held in Preston, Lancashire. This event was covered in Issue 81 of the quarterly publication Heritage and Destiny.
The meeting opened with a moment of silence for John Tyndall, who died on July 19, 2005. It was also held in honor of White Nationalist activists who had died in the past two years. Among them were: Richard “Jock” Spooner, Michael Carr, Arthur Flinders, Chris “Weasel” Ledger, Keith “Beefy” Taylor, Willis Carto, Clive Derbyshire, and Ernst Zundel. (Some of them sound like nicknames for gangsters.)
Keith Axon, the meeting chairman, opened the proceedings. He made a call for unity among the different parts of the fragmented White Nationalist movement. He then introduced each of the speakers as his turn came.
The first speaker of the meeting was Benny Bullman, who is the lead singer of a band called Whitelaw. If you go to YouTube and type in “Benny Bullman Whitelaw” you can hear his speech. He said that he was willing to do what it took to keep the memory of Ian Stuart (founder of the pro-White rock band Skrewdriver) from fading. He described a recent concert in Poland where he had played. He mentioned that he was not terrorist. He does not wear a facemask. That is not how British people do things. A British man will identify himself and even have a cup of tea with you. If you cross him, however, he will fight to the death.
The second speaker of the meeting was Dr. James Lewthwaite. James Lewthwaite is an Archaeology lecturer. You can see his speech if you go to YouTube and type in “James Lewthwaite Tyndall.” He had hastily written his speech the night before. The title of his speech was “Why Nationalism Has No Friends on the Right.” He described how Enoch Powell had been stabbed in the back by his fellow Tories. He then goes on to mention how language has evolved. Rather that used terms like “the nation” or “the people,” people now use terms like “society.” “Society” is a flabby, wet, featureless word that does not tell you anything. It is an admission that the nation and the people no longer exist.
The slogan of the French Revolution was “Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.” Liberty and equality have been embraced by the left wing and by the right wing. Fraternity has been pathologized by the left and the right and has been embraced by the Nationalists.
The third speaker of the meeting was Julie Lake. You can see her speech if you go to YouTube and type in “Julie Lake Tyndall.” She started with this, “As your first female speaker at these meetings, I just have to say, ‘Come on, ladies! Get your fingers out, please!'” She talked about a phenomenon going on in the Arctic tundra. Polar bears and grizzly bears are interbreeding, creating hybrid bears. Since grizzlies are the dominant species, they could possibly drive the polar bears extinct. She said a similar phenomenon is taking place in a British housing project that was originally built after World War I for the widows and children of soldiers who had died at The Somme. Now these projects are full of Polish and Pakistanis. They elect officials to public office. Some of the elected Pakistanis are real dross. One Pakistani Member of Parliament got caught snorting cocaine on the buttocks of a rent boy but was still re-elected. She emphasized the importance of everyone either becoming a candidate or supporting a Nationalist candidate.
I know from firsthand experience that running for political office can be a thankless task. I once ran for a position on the Mesa, Arizona city council. I got a boatload of publicity. I also got a lot of ridicule because I did not manage to get my name on the ballot.
