The lead-up to the bombing of Syria by “America First” President Donald Trump in mid-April sparked widespread fears that Russia would either shoot down the missiles launched by the U.S. and its two pathetic stooges France and England, or retaliate with military action of its own, but fortunately Trump’s bluster turned out to be worse than his bite. Although the “democratic government” in Washington showed yet again that since 9/11 it is a “unitary system” with the government, media, academia, and all other institutions of power and control acting as one on all important issues, enough of an alarm was raised through the alternative media – and by Russian threats of counter-measures from the highest levels of government – to persuade the neo-conservative madmen in Washington to scale down the attack to little more than a symbolic one that apparently killed nobody and resulted only in the destruction of a couple of non-essential buildings in Syria. Still, the build-up following the false flag “chemical attack” was frightening in the extreme and looked to have merely postponed the war with Russia the neo-con monsters continue to agitate for. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Certainly, Trump continues to gravely disappoint those of his support base who continue to hope against hope that Trump meant his campaign promises. On foreign policy, Trump said all the right things, but his key appointees continue to be the most rabid neo-cons and warmongers imaginable, starting with choosing low-IQ Nikki Haley to be his UN Ambassador and continuing to the appointment of veteran neo-con warlord John Bolton to be his national security advisor. Right before that he had nominated Christian Zionist crazy Mike Pompeo to be Secretary of State, and torture advocate Gina Haspel to head the CIA. Reaction to those appointments from pro-American sources was fast and furious. Wrote former Congressman Ron Paul: “President Trump’s recent cabinet shake-up looks to be a real boost to hard-line militarism and neo-conservatism. If his nominees to head the State Department and CIA are confirmed, we may well have moved closer to war. Before being chosen by Trump to head up the CIA, Secretary of State nominee Mike Pompeo was one of the most pro-war Members of Congress. He has been militantly hostile toward Iran, and many times has erroneously claimed that Iran is the world’s number one state sponsor of terror. The truth is, Iran neither attacks nor threatens the United States. . . Speaking of torture, even if some of the details of Trump’s CIA nominee Gina Haspel’s involvement in the torture of Abu Zubaydah are disputed, the mere fact that she helped develop an interrogation regimen that our own government admitted was torture, that she oversaw an infamous ‘black site’ where torture took place, and that she covered up the evidence of her crimes should automatically disqualify her for further government service. In a society that actually valued the rule of law, Haspel may be facing time in a much different kind of federal facility than CIA headquarters. . . We should be concerned, of course, but the real problem is not really Mike Pompeo or Gina Haspel. It is partly true that ‘personnel is policy,’ but it’s more than just that. It matters less who fills the position of Secretary of State or CIA director when the real issue is that both federal agencies are routinely engaged in activities that are both unconstitutional and anti-American. It is the current Executive Branch over-reach that threatens our republic more than the individuals who fill positions in that Executive Branch. As long as Congress refuses to exercise its Constitutional authority and oversight obligations – especially in matters of war and peace – we will continue our slide toward authoritarianism, where the president becomes a kind of king who takes us to war whenever he wishes.” . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Philip Weiss of the left-populist site Mondoweiss writes of Bolton: “The simple truth about John Bolton’s appointment to national security adviser is that the Republicans need Sheldon Adelson’s money in order to be competitive in the coming midterms, and John Bolton is a tool of Sheldon Adelson. The appointment of course is a complete reversal of Donald Trump’s declaration during the campaign that the Iraq war — which Bolton pushed and still thinks is a great idea — was the biggest mistake ever, and he was against it from the get-go. But Adelson was Trump’s biggest donor during the 2016 campaign, and Trump needs Sheldon Adelson’s money to keep Congress from flipping and cutting his throat. It’s little wonder that any Republican with political ambition was quick to extol John Bolton. Politico reported in February that many of those ‘desperate’ Republicans were trekking to Las Vegas and ‘gushing’ over Adelson because they need him ‘more than ever’ to try and hold on to the House this year. Confronting the potential loss of one or both chambers of Congress in the midterms, and struggling to raise money against an energized Democratic base, the party is desperate for Adelson’s millions…That Politico article mentioned Israel only once, to say Adelson couldn’t attend the shindig because he was in Israel. It never mentioned Iran, either. But Israel is all that Adelson cares about. Yes he’s pro-choice and socially-liberal, but Adelson supports rightwing Republicans because he is an extremist on Israel. He has been pushing for One Jerusalem and an end to the peace process for 20 years– and Trump duly rewarded his biggest donor by moving the embassy to Jerusalem. Adelson has pushed for the U.S. to bomb Iran. Bolton has pushed for the U.S. to bomb Iran. . . The mainstream media have whitewashed Adelson’s agenda, and Bolton’s role as ventriloquist’s dummy. It’s not that they like Bolton, but they leave out the obvious connections to other powers.” And of course Adelson’s money will be directed to GOP candidates that are just as extreme and subservient to Israel as Trump, Bolton & Co. . . . . . . . . . . Even though the actual strike on Syria wasn’t nearly as bad as feared, the fact that Trump duplicated his bombing of Syria almost exactly a year earlier, and justified it by paying lip service and then some to the media/deep state line that “animal Assad” had used chemical weapons “against his own people,” with no evidence or even common sense logic offered as to why Assad would commit such an act when he was winning the war against Washington’s “rebels” and had zero incentive to do so, caused severe damage to the aware among Trump’s “deplorables.” Hunter Wallace of the website Occidental Dissent.com was scathing in his criticism: “Since even before the Trump inauguration, I couldn’t square Donald Trump picking Gary Cohn as his top economic adviser with his populist rhetoric as the champion of the ‘forgotten man.’ For over a year now, I have been dismissed as a ‘black-piller’ even though I was proven right about Gary Cohn and so much else. This isn’t a populist nationalist administration by any stretch of the imagination. . . I’m not going to bother to revisit John Bolton’s litany of crazy outbursts. I will just point to one which is sufficient to show he doesn’t belong anywhere near the White House. [Quoting a past statement by Bolton]: ‘The issue is whether we are in a war situation, whether we are operating under the war powers of the Constitution or whether we are in a law enforcement situation. The two have radically different approaches. We killed tens of thousands of American citizens, maybe hundreds of thousands with no due process in the Civil War, and it was the right thing to do.’ As the room erupted into some booing at the notion of suspending due process for any reason, Bolton snapped back, ‘You want to discredit a movement, defend the Confederacy. Go ahead.’ Did you hear that? That’s the sound of American Nationalists crashing through their own cuckbox. They haven’t reformed the GOP. Instead, they were cucked by the GOP.” . . . . . . . . . . . . Trump has even managed to alienate Ann Coulter, who was such a Trump enthusiast in 2016 that she wrote a book titled “In Trump We Trust.” Coulter is far from naïve, but it was easy to be taken in by Trump’s nationalist and populist messaging and his promises to “drain the swamp,” imprison Hillary Clinton, and do so many other things that are now already largely forgotten. Trump’s most famous promise, the one that contributed the most to his election, was his pledge to “build the wall,” but Coulter now believes Trump wasn’t sincere and that the wall will “never be built.” During an interview on Los Angeles radio station KABC, Coulter said, “I’ll take whatever Israel has because it’s working 100 percent. . . So they have a huge problem with illegal aliens and they’re fantastic. I mean. . . they take illegal aliens and just fly them to other countries and drop them off in the desert. There’s no integrating, putting you in houses, giving you welfare, no, they’re in prisons or jail facilities right there at the border. . . Netanyahu bragged [about Israel’s wall] and this year, zero illegal immigrants got through [into Israel].” Coulter mocked Trump’s border wall “prototypes,” calling them a “fakeout,” a “ridiculous waste of time” and a ploy to never actually build a wall. So far it looks like she’s right. . . . . . . . . . . . . From a Nationalist Times correspondent: “The staged and fake ‘chemical attack’ proves the Deep State is still in control and that the President (if miraculously not selected and ‘elected’ by the CIA at this point in our history), at best can only be a figurehead or puppet to them. . . and it’s been that way since JFK’s assassination. Before the imaginary fumes even dissipated, the State Department magically declared Assad to have been the perpetrator, without any evidence whatsoever, and the dutiful (((‘mockingbird media’))) parroted it from every imaginable ‘news’ source in the U.S. and the West. It’s difficult to imagine Trump being able to effectively counter this ubiquitous false narrative. It would have ‘proved’ that he was a ‘Russian agent’ or ‘Putin’s puppet.’ We know that would have been the media narrative if he didn’t go along with it. He should’ve immediately demanded that the UN send inspectors there to verify, but he was immediately blocked in doing that (if he even wanted to) by the hard-core neo-con psychopath Nikki ‘The Confederate Flag is a symbol of hate’ Haley, who also immediately declared that Assad was the culprit with no proof. So, they had all their bases covered and there was no political escape for Trump. I guess at this point we should be ‘thankful’ that it was a very limited strike that he said ‘Mission Accomplished.’ Going through Twitter feeds (after the bombing), someone retweeted Nancy Pelosi, and she’s demanding a ‘comprehensive solution’ to Syria by Trump, calling for regime change and taking on the Russians directly there. Total insanity and probably to obfuscate all of the behind-the-scenes criminality unreported by the ‘mainstream’ media, including the pedo and child-trafficking arrests going on, including the owner of backpage.com, who was formerly with the FBI. The child-raping and child-sacrificing Satanists would rather have a full-blown WWIII scenario than be exposed for who they are and what they’ve done.” . . . . . . . . . . . . . . And of course there was absolutely no protest to the bombing of Syria from the “anti-war left,” which has become an oxymoronic term. The left doesn’t care what happens to the non-Whites they use as their excuse to demonize and replace Whites in the U.S. and the rest of the West. The left is now nothing but a movement filled with genocidal hate for Whites. The complete lack of any anti-war movement as the U.S. government continues to recklessly bomb various nations in the Middle East, Black Africa and other countries around the world is all the evidence anyone needs to see that what calls itself the left or “progressives” is nothing but storm troopers on behalf of the Jewish supremacist, anti-White power structure in the U.S. . . . . . . . . . .
