It has become obvious that there exists on the top level of the U.S. government a powerful, ubiquitous conspiracy capable of any horrible act to achieve its ends, even murder. It has been popular recently to accuse Israel of leading an international Jewish monopoly of Jewish-controlled corporations with which they control U.S. media and communications facilities. There may be considerable truth in that. But as those schooled in such things know, tyrannical power by conspiracy and control also needs an enforcement branch. In the U.S. that is said by many to mean the CIA.
The CIA was organized and built by Allen Dulles over many decades. But Allen Dulles was a curious selection to head the CIA, because his first big assignment in intelligence was a crushing bloody failure, resulting in the death of thousands of American soldiers.
During World War II the Swiss had a spy organization with secret agents inside the German army. Their identity was concealed in various personal and organizational ways. As for such concealment, the Swiss spy group inside the Germany army in northwest Germany was called the “Lucy Group.” The Lucy Group learned from their spies in the northwest Germany that Hitler was planning a giant surprise attack, which would drive to the west through Belgium (just north of Luxemburg), through the Ardennes Forest to take Paris and drive on to flank Allied forces in France, and drive the Allies out of Europe.
A Swiss official went to the American Embassy in Berne (Switzerland) to warn the American Ambassador there of what “Lucy” had learned. The U.S. Ambassador was then away from Berne (in the U.S. reportedly). So the Swiss messenger asked to talk to the man in charge (the Charge d’Affairs), Allen Dulles.
But Dulles would not see him. The Swiss messenger said he had very important information, which should be of great interest to the American government. Still Dulles would not see him. The Swiss sent a brief note to Dulles, describing in only a few words the basic important content of the “Lucy” news. Still Dulles would not see him, nor accept his note. So the messenger went back to his office and reported he had been unable to talk to Dulles, nor even get a note to him about the Lucy information.
So the Chief of Swiss military intelligence went to the American Embassy himself and asked to see Dulles by name, but again no soap, even though the Swiss Chief of Intelligence had had his secretaries call ahead to say the Chief of Military Intelligence himself was coming personally to talk to Dulles about some most important military information about German military intentions. This time Dulles saw him, but didn’t want to hear the important Lucy information, but instead gave him a sheet of paper and asked him to write a brief note about it.
After the Swiss Chief had left, Dulles folded the sheet of paper, put it in an envelope and marked on the outside of it “Message from Swiss Government to the American Ambassador in Berne.” He put it in his desk drawer and forgot about it till the next spring. Later when asked why he had not passed on to the U.S. government that information which the Swiss had said was so important, he had replied that such secret information was the exclusive responsibility of the U.S. Ambassador, so he did not want to be accused later of exceeding his authority.
How was it possible that he, a trained government foreign affairs official, did not know that it was precisely that for which the office of “charge d’affairs” existed: to warn the American Ambassador there of what “Lucy” had learned.
This was especially incredible because Allen Dulles’s brother was John Foster Dulles, the U.S. Secretary of State. There had been protests of “nepotism” when Allen Dulles was appointed to this post in Berne. But they were ignored and Allen went to Berne.
Meanwhile the great German mid-winter drive got underway. Thousands of Waffen SS storm troopers and thousands of German Paratroopers crossed the Rhine at 9 p.m., December 6, 1944 and silently followed their local guides (Fascist sympathizers hired weeks before) towards the camp of the U.S. 20th Infantry Division, where the soldiers of the 20th Infantry Division were in their beds, sound asleep. They had been moved into that camp only days before, being told that they were being reassigned for “rest and recreation” from combat duty, to an “inactive” front of the war. Before dawn 90% of these U.S. soldiers were dead, wounded or captured and the 20th Infantry Division had ceased to exist.
The sequel to this was unbelievable, so strange: that the account of Allen Dulles’ refusal to listen to the Swiss warning given by the “Lucy” team was buried and never allowed to be reported in the U.S. press after World War II. But when the new Central Intelligence Agency was created after the war, Allen Dulles was put in charge of it!
He ran it for decades thereafter. It was immune from any government control or even from questioning. It created the most powerful, all pervasive, secret intelligence empire the world has ever seen. It can listen to every word any American ever speaks over a telephone or any other electronic device. It can listen to any private conversation anywhere. It can carry out secret operations such as the Kennedy assassination, 9-11, or the Patton assassination without ever being accused of it. Everyone is too afraid of it to accuse it of anything.
